The Steak and Hoagie Factory is proud to continue to offer our coupon fund raisers to local, non-profit organizations.

In the past, we have helped local schools, sport organizations, youth groups, religious organizations and other non-profits raise tens of thousands of dollars!

Here’s how it works:

• Steak and Hoagie will prepare your custom coupons at our expense.
• These are then numbered and validated.
• Your organization will have [on average] three weeks to sell them for $5.75 each - which is the cost of a Regular (half) Italian Hoagie.
• At the end, you pay us $4.75 for each hoagie/coupon sold and return the unused coupons.
• Your clients only need to come to the Steak and Hoagie Factory to redeem their donation for a Hoagie, made fresh, while they wait!!!

• You make $1.00 for every hoagie you sell!
• You don’t have to worry about time and temperature-sensitive food handling!
• You don’t have to have a messy hoagie making party!
• And you don’t have to deliver them!

What’s your policy?

• All coupons must be prepared to our specifications. Steak and Hoagie Factory will provide the organization with a master and validated copies.
• We reserve the right to reject any copuons for redemption that have not been officially numbered and marked by a Steak and Hoagie Factory representative; or if the coupons have been torn or in any way defaced.
• We are required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to collect 6% sales tax.
• Each coupon may be used for the purchase of a REGULAR (Half) sandwich ONLY, and may not be used for JUMBOS or Family Packs or used in conjunction with any other coupons or offers.
• Sandwiches may be upgraded to a higher-priced sandwich with the customer paying the difference.
• If the sandwich purchased is less than the $4.75 value of the coupon, no refund will be made.
• Coupons will not be honored if the participants fail to comply with our policy or if the organization has not fulfilled payment agreements on the contract.

This policy has been established to regulate the fund raisers so that we may continue to offer them to our valued customers.

Here’s how it works:

• Arrange a date and time with us, then take orders from your attendees prior to the event.  With 24 hour notice, we will have all the hoagies prepared for your event.
• Estimate your sales (with our help) and we will prepare them for re-sale at your event.

Here’s how to increase profits:

• Steak and Hoagie Factory can increase your profit margin depending on the volume you order.
• Purchase hoagies at the JUMBO price. Steak and Hoagie Factory will deduct at least $1.50 per Jumbo.
• We cut them into quarters (our MINI’s) and individually wrap them for resale.
• Sell them at your event and you can make up to a 100% profit!
• Call your individual store for your best deal.

Our attractive, practical gift card program works just like the supermarket programs. But with this program, you are offering your group the chance to enjoy ready-to-serve meals from the area's finest steak and hoagie shop.  Buy a minimum of 20 cards at $20.00 each. We will give you 5% off on each card so that every card yields $1.00 for your organization.
